Comm-Works’ project managers act as an extension of our customers’ IT departments, and familiarize themselves with every client’s unique needs. They are trained to manage every project detail and give careful consideration to each project’s overall objectives, timelines, and costs, as well as the roles and responsibilities of all participants and stakeholders.

Our project methodology begins with developing a customized project plan and schedule. Once the planning is complete, our project managers will allocate and manage the resources required for the project. Throughout the duration of the project, they monitor the budget and timeline to ensure that there are no surprises. The final phase of any project is completion. In this stage, our project managers review the post-install checklist and confirm with the client that all project deliverables have been met.
