Established in 1973, this fashion-focused outdoor company has seven niche brands that have expanded to more than 50 countries and territories. This company has expanded through select department and specialty stores, 120 company operated retail stores, and online stores.
This retailer desired to upgrade its current security system in 12 of its store locations to a newer and improved quality of camera and video equipment. With no direction regarding what camera solution it was looking for, this customer came to Comm-Works in need of guidance.

To better understand the needs of their customer, Comm-Works’ engineers worked closely with this retailer’s IT team, acting as a consultant in determining an optimal security solution. Based on the discussions with the retailer and after a great deal of evaluation, Comm-Works felt that the CCTV solution of American Dynamics Analog Cameras would best meet the requirements and needs of the customer. After discussing this option, the retailer happily approved this product for installation.
To better support the technicians while they were in the field, Comm-Works engineers created architectural drawings for each of the 12 sites.

The customer was in constant communication with the project manager throughout the duration of this project. Having this level of communication allowed for the project to run efficiently. The Comm-Works management team coordinated the schedules of the technician and the on-site customer contact. By confirming each visit prior to the technician’s arrival and the quality of the completed work after the technician’s departure, the customer was assured that the project was on-time and on-schedule.
