Co-located with your inventory, our team of professionals acts as an extension of your staff and will simulate your specific environment to ensure that we configure every infrastructure element according to your specifications. We automate the configuration process through customized configuration scripts that allow Comm-Works to accurately configure multiple devices simultaneously. These best practices eliminate costly programming errors and out-of-box failures that are usually discovered once the equipment is on site.

Prior to the equipment leaving our Logistics Center, we provide our clients with secure access to approve and test the configurations. This allows the client's IT staff to gain exposure to the new configurations prior to the equipment operating in a live environment. We also prepare step-by-step installation instructions, pack, label, palletize and if required, shrink-wrap your shipment. The end result is an accurate and timely deployment to your complete satisfaction.
