Mike Kasner - Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Mike is a core member of the senior leadership team and has primary responsibility for the financial leadership of the company. Mr. Kasner works closely with the Chief Executive Officer, the board and other company leaders to ensure that long-term business strategies are supported by effective financial activities.
Mr. Kasner has a proven track record of helping organizations deliver superior financial results. Prior to joining Comm-Works, Mike served as CFO for several privately held, private equity backed, high growth companies.
Mike graduated with honors and a B.A. degree from the University of St. Thomas. In his spare time, Mike enjoys coaching youth baseball and hockey and his family actively supports the Orono Alliance for Education and the Abbey’s Hope Charitable Foundation.
