The following contracts have been awarded to Comm-Works by the state of Massachusetts OSD to provide voice, data equipment, and cabling infrastructures. Clients ranging from state agencies, cities, towns, quasi-agencies and higher education facilities may procure products and services from either contract.
ITT11 Voice Contract
Services offered by Comm-Works include PBX's, Key Systems, Voice Mail, E-911, and recording systems. All products are offered with design, installation and on-going maintenance based on the client's requirements. In addition, limited cabling services are also covered under this contract. The following equipment is covered under this contract:

ITC09 Data
Services offered by Comm-Works include small and large scale data networks to address the emerging needs of our clients. Beginning with design services to understand the client's current and future needs, selection of the equipment required to meet those needs, along with the procurement and installation of the desired components. Coupled with continuing support for on-going maintenance Comm-Works offers a range of support that can be tailored to the individual needs including 24/7 service with a 4-hour emergency response on all equipment. This one-stop solution ensures that all of your networking needs are resolved. The following equipment is covered under this contract:
