Equipment Staging
The staging process begins with a thorough analysis of your project site, equipment needs, and project perimeters. All your equipment is pre-configured prior to installation. From powering-up and checking voicemail extensions, to configuring server and networking products, everything is qualified before it leaves our door - no installation glitches, no delays.
Warehousing
Comm-Works warehouses your equipment in a state of the art warehousing facility. We eliminate logistical complications and are able to instantly deploy what you need, where and when you need it.
Asset tracking
From initial ordering stages, through long-term enterprise IT asset management, we can handle all your asset control and tracking.
New inventory
Comm-Works tags and logs equipment into an inventory database, assigns it a location and enters it into Web-Works. During installation, the equipment is crosschecked with inventory, and an installation date is entered into Web-Works. This proprietary online tool also utilizes a UPC-based inventory tracking system to allow you to view and track your shipment.
North American inventory management and procurement
Comm-Works cannot only purchase new equipment; we can inventory your locations site-by-site, enabling you to manage it through Web-Works. You can create customized inventory reports and data can be exported in Access, ASCII, Excel, etc.
Enterprise IT asset management
Comm-Works offers enterprise IT asset management, asset life cycle, and strategic network asset tracking including:
